Preventive Medical Examination
We advise a personal examination and discussion with your general practitioner or urologist on this topic to all men aged 50-70.

The information discussed should include the related risks, treatment, diagnostic procedures, and side effects. The examination consists of an annual identification of the tumor marker PSA (prostate-specific antigen) and a manual prostate exam through the intestine to allow early detection of a possible tumor.
It is advisable to have a preventive medical examination at the age of 45 in cases where other male family members have been diagnosed with prostate cancer.
